Get Textence Up and Running
Begin by signing up for a Textence account. All you need is a valid email address. Complete the quick and easy registration process, then log in to access the Textence dashboard.
Set up your event by selecting the services you'll need, such as live transcription, translation, and the languages you want to translate to. Choose whether to have a private or public session, and set up your preferences for storing and sharing transcriptions.
Connect the audio input device that will be capturing the speaker's voice to the device that is logged in. Make sure the device has an internet connection and a browser for seamless service.
Textence generates a unique URL and QR code for your event. Share these with your audience, so they can view the real-time transcriptions and translations in their chosen language. You can also display the transcription or translation on a stage screen using modern broadcasting software.
